Frequently Asked Questions

Are you mobile or do I have to come to you?

Yes we are completely mobile. Depending on the needs of your vehicle, there may be times where we have you bring the vehicle to us in the case that we need to work on it for 2-3 days, as with our Restoration Detail. Otherwise, we will come to you.

Do you work in the rain/inclement weather?

Most of the time—no. In cases of light drizzling or misting, we have a canopy that we set up to keep the interior dry, but if it’s raining hard or nasty weather, we just have to reschedule the appointment.

Do I need to be there the entire time of the detail?

Absolutely not. All we need is access to power and water, enough space for our truck, and enough space to work around the vehicle. But we do not necessarily need you to be there. We can even send you an online link to complete the payment so you can continue on with your work or other plans.

Will you need water and power?

Yes, as of right now we do. We are hoping to get a water tank and generator in the near future, but until we do, we will need a water and electric supply.

What is your service area?

We are based out of Greenville, SC, but we service all of Greenville County and most of Pickens County.

Can I get more than 2 Maintenance Details per month?

On occasion we may schedule an extra maintenance detail if you have a special event upcoming or got it particularly dirty in storm or something. However, we can’t promise to do more than two per month as we do have a very busy schedule.

Are you by appointment only?

99% of the time, yes. There may be occasions where we take same-day appointments, depending on our schedule and work load.
